The Art & Ethics of Holding Space is a nourishing, immersive training for anyone called to support others through healing, listening, energy work, coaching, or facilitation.
Rooted in trauma-informed foundations and guided by more than a decade of embodied practice, this training explores the true heart of support — not performing, fixing, or directing someone’s experience, but learning how to witness and guide with respect, ethics, and attuned presence.
