Caring deeply for others is a beautiful gift—but when you’re constantly giving, supporting,
teaching, helping, or holding space, it can be difficult to recognize where your energy ends
and someone else’s begins.
Energy Work for Caregivers & Empaths is a two-day experiential workshop designed to help
you better understand your own energy, recognize how you interact energetically with others,
and develop practical tools for staying connected to yourself while caring for the people
around you.
And you do not need to identify as an empath to attend. This class is for anyone curious
about energy and how greater energetic awareness can support their everyday life.
What do we actually mean when we talk about energy?
What is an empath?
Why do some interactions leave us feeling energized while others leave us completely
depleted?
And how can we care deeply for others without constantly giving away everything we have?
Throughout the weekend, we’ll explore these questions through a grounded combination of education, experiential practices, reflection, and embodiment.
During this two-day workshop, you’ll learn about:
Understanding energy and energy work
Exploring what it means to be empathic or highly sensitive
Identifying and becoming familiar with your own energetic field
Recognizing when you may be taking on the energy or emotions of others
Sharing your energy intentionally rather than automatically
Learning when and how to call your energy back
Energetic boundaries and maintaining your own sense of self
Ancient practices and beliefs surrounding energy
Modern perspectives on energetic awareness
Practical tools for grounding, clearing, restoring, and protecting your energy
Caring for others without abandoning yourself in the process
The weekend will also include opportunities to experience breathwork with Mallorie and a
restorative sound bath with Tina, allowing you to move beyond simply learning about these
concepts and experience practices that support connection with your body and energy.
This class can be especially valuable for people who spend much of their lives caring for or supporting others, including:
Parents • Teachers • Healthcare Providers • Therapists • Healers • Coaches • Caregivers for Aging Parents • Helping Professionals • Highly Sensitive People
When caring for others is part of your everyday life, learning how to stay connected to your own energy can become an important part of caring for yourself, too.
You don't need previous experience with energy work, and you don't need to label yourself an empath.
You also don't need to adopt any particular spiritual belief.
Come curious. Explore the practices. Notice what resonates with you. And leave with tools
you can use to care for your own energy while continuing to care deeply for others.
