Energetics 101 — Foundations of Energy & Intuition
Before practicing Reiki, you must understand your own energy.
You will learn:
Energy mapping & personal energetics
How to feel and move energy
Grounding, centering & balancing
How your body speaks through intuition
Opening and protecting your intuitive gifts (clairs)
Aura sensing, energetic hygiene & clearing practices
This day gives you the foundation every healer wishes they had.
Reiki Level 1 — Your First Attunement + Self-Healing
Your initiation into Reiki Holy Fire II.
You will learn:
History, lineage & principles of Usui Reiki
How Reiki heals the physical & emotional body
Hand placements for self & others
Understanding chakras, aura, pathways and intention
Intuitive Reiki (not robotic hand positions)
Your Level I attunement
Includes a 21-Day integration practice with journaling & guided meditation.
Energetic Ethics & Trauma-Informed Healing
Before working with others, you must learn to support them safely.
You will learn:
Ethical space-holding & integrity
Boundaries for empaths & healers
Trauma-informed care & language
How to avoid emotional overreach or “fixing”
Nervous system awareness & client safety
Respectful use of intuition in healing sessions
This day alone is life-changing for practitioners.
Reiki Level 2: Symbols, Intuition & Practitioner Initiation
Your initiation into becoming a practitioner.
You will learn:
Reiki symbols (Power, Emotional/Mental, Distance)
Intuitive Reiki for emotional healing
Past-timeline + Inner Child healing
Chakra balancing & intuitive insight
Distance healing across time/space
Ethical intuitive messaging
Your Level II attunement ceremony
Clinic Days (2 Required for Certification)
Practice on real clients under supervision.
