Is a hands-on workshop for anyone who feels curious about sage and wants to explore its meaning, uses, and spiritual significance with greater intention.

Together, we’ll explore the relationship between plants, energy, ritual, and intuition while learning practical ways to grow, care for, harvest, and work with sage in your own practice.

Through guided reflection and hands-on experiences, you’ll be invited to slow down and listen more deeply—to the plant, to yourself, and to the intentions you want to carry forward.

You’ll leave with your own handmade sage bundle, practical knowledge for continuing to grow and work with sage, and a deeper appreciation for creating a personal relationship with the plants you use in spiritual practice.

No previous experience with plants, energy work, or spiritual practices is necessary.
