Sometimes the biggest questions come after the class or retreat ends.
You go home. You begin practicing what you learned. Old patterns come back. New emotions surface.
You have experiences you don't quite understand—or you simply realize you could use continued
support.
That's why we created Integration + Support Coaching.
A space to stay connected, ask questions, process what you're experiencing, and integrate what you've
learned into your everyday life.
Why Integration + Support?
A powerful retreat, class, or training can give you new tools, perspectives, experiences, and awareness.
But learning something and living it are two different things.
You may leave a retreat feeling deeply connected to yourself, only to return home and find yourself slipping back into old patterns.
You may finish a Reiki or Akashic Records class feeling excited and confident, and then start practicing on your own and suddenly have a hundred questions.
You may begin noticing changes in your relationships, boundaries, intuition, emotions, or the way you see yourself.
This is normal.
Sometimes we don't even know what questions we have until we're actually living and practicing what we learned.
Having continued support gives you somewhere to bring those experiences instead of trying to figure everything out on your own.
It's a place for accountability, encouragement, guidance, connection, and continued growth.

Zoom Calls
Twice a month, you'll meet live with Gaby & Danielle in a supportive group setting.
Come as you are and bring whatever is coming up.
We may explore:
Intuition, discernment & trusting yourself
Practitioner questions, ethics & boundaries
Experiences that arise after classes or retreats
Inner child healing & self-love
Relationships and boundaries
Old patterns that are resurfacing
Life transitions and personal growth
Building confidence in your practice
Staying connected to the intentions you made
Integrating what you've learned into everyday life
Some calls may be about your healing.
Some may be about your practice.
Some may be about something happening in your life.
And sometimes you may simply need a space where you can say,
"This is what's happening for me right now,"
and have people who understand.

This program is for SOLE Institute students and our OM Soul and Wild Wellness retreat guests who want continued connection and support after their experience with us.
It may be especially helpful if you:

This certification is taught by Gaby Milan and Danielle Pitcher, experienced educators, facilitators, and retreat leaders dedicated to creating grounded, ethical, and transformational learning experiences.
Together, they bring years of experience in Reiki, hypnosis, meditation, intuitive development, coaching, energy healing, and facilitating transformational retreats, workshops, and certification programs.
Their mission is simple:
