However, we offer the opportunity to receive a refund if you contact us with enough time and we are able to fill your space with another participant. In order to receive a refund, we must successfully fill your space with another participant from our waiting list or through other means. If we are unable to fill your space, no refund will be issued. Transferability: Your reservation and payment are transferable to another person with prior approval from our team. Exceptions: In rare and exceptional circumstances, such as natural disasters or other emergencies, we reserve the right to make exceptions to this cancellation policy.
