Foot Zoning is a beautiful, holistic way to support the body’s natural healing and balance—using only your hands and the energetic map within the feet.
In this 3-day, 24-hour introductory course, you’ll learn the basic movements of a full foot zone and how to use them safely and effectively at home. This class is designed for personal use, so you can confidently support the health and wellbeing of yourself, your family, and your friends.
This is not a professional certification program—think of it as a sacred toolkit for your home, a way to bless the people you love with deeper balance, relaxation, and alignment.
Foot Zoning is based on the understanding that the entire body is “mapped” into the feet.
Every single part of the body has a corresponding spot on the feet:
Heart
Thyroid
Hips
Pituitary gland
Even specific areas like the right thumb
Foot Zoning evolved from ancient reflexology, a practice that has been used for thousands of years. By intentionally working with specific nerve points on the feet, we send signals to the brain that help:
Areas of the body wake up
Systems reconnect
The body begin to return to its proper function
When communication in the body breaks down, it can sometimes show up as:
